Windows XP has been in existence for close to five years, and you may be feeling tired of using a system with the same appearance and icons all the time. Folderico is a free program designed for Windows users that allows you to customize the default icons for your preferred folders, giving your desktop and file explorer a fresh appearance. Changing the appearance of an icon is a simple process - all you need to do is select the folder and apply the desired icon. You can choose an icon that you already have or select one from the five default icons provided in the application. Additionally, you have the option to apply icons directly from the folder's context menu. If you are not completely satisfied with the changes you have made, Folderico gives you the ability to revert back to the original icons you had before installing the software.
